What should I be expecting as a new patient at your clinic?

Seeing a new healthcare professional can be a very intimidating experience. However, if you know what to expect, you may feel more comfortable about the first appointment.

Our team of professionals will begin by getting familiar with your medical history and addressing any concerns you may have. They will then conduct their initial physical assessment and review their findings with you.

What will I need to bring to my first treatment session?

During your first visit to see one of our healthcare professionals, it is important to bring clinical documents indicating any current or pre-existing medical conditions. A questionnaire will also provide the opportunity to let the doctor know of any conditions or concerns you may have.

Do you accept Extended Healthcare Insurance?

Many of our services are covered under Extended Healthcare plans. We do everything we can to help utilize your Extended Healthcare Insurance benefits.

Monthly receipts are always available for you to pick up. All receipts must be attached to the standard medical claim form to submit. These forms are available online through your insurer’s website. How often you submit these receipts for reimbursement is strictly up to you. Most insurance companies require that all receipts be submitted within the appropriate calendar year.

What are your available methods of payment?

We are committed to making your treatments affordable while maintaining the highest level of professional care. We offer flexible payment plans and we will always work together with you to establish a financial arrangement that is comfortable for you. If you choose to pay in full at the onset of treatment, we offer a discount from the regular fee.
